Return and Refund Policy
Our 90-Day Guarantee
We stand behind every product we sell at Virezaa. If you use your product every night for 90 days and do not feel a meaningful improvement, contact us and we will issue a refund in accordance with the terms below. One photo of the product is required to process your request.
1-Year Limited Warranty
All Virezaa products are covered against manufacturing defects for 12 months from the date of delivery. This includes material deterioration beyond normal use, stitching failure, and defects present upon arrival.
The warranty does not cover: physical damage caused by improper use or storage, normal wear and tear on the exterior, damage caused by improper cleaning or maintenance, or issues arising from modification of the product.
Under warranty, we will repair or replace the defective unit at our discretion. Replacement units carry the remainder of the original warranty period, not a new 12-month period.
Warranty claims require proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email), a photo clearly showing the defect, and contact submitted within the warranty period. We reserve the right to request the defective unit be returned before issuing a replacement. Return shipping for warranty claims is covered by us.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return under the 90-day guarantee, the product must show evidence of regular nightly use. Returns on unused or barely used products are not eligible under the satisfaction guarantee, as results require consistent use. One photo of the product is required. Proof of purchase is required. Request must be submitted within 90 days of delivery.
Non-returnable situations: requests submitted after 90 days from delivery, products with physical damage caused by the customer, and digital products or guides, which are non-refundable once delivered to your email.
Wrong Item or Damaged on Arrival
If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will ship a replacement at no cost to you. Requests submitted after 72 hours may not qualify for free replacement.
Return Shipping
Warranty claims: return shipping covered by us. Satisfaction guarantee returns: the customer is responsible for return shipping costs to our fulfillment warehouse. A 20% restocking fee applies to returns where the product is found to be in new or lightly used condition, inconsistent with the claim of regular nightly use.
Refund Timing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of approval.
